It is a bit unclear if the new model wizard is included in this work or not. In bullet 5 it is stated "This optional reference can be initialized from an added page in the New Papyrus model wizard." The wording "can be initialized" indicates some uncertainty whether it inside or outside the scope of this work. I guess that when creating a new model, the user should get some guidance to ensure that you always start with the right view point applicable for that kind of model, e.g. when creating a new UML-RT model.

We are about to improve the viewpoint switch to make it more accessible and convenient to use.

You may review the requirement and the proposal.

Please note that it is only about switching between the various registered  viewpoints. If you have other requirements/remarks about viewpoints that you feel don’t fit exactly in this topic but you consider as somehow related, you may send them directly or even better through a Bugzilla entry (with me in CC).
