I’ve pushed a temporary work-around in the Oomph setup.  It seems to provision a PDE target that works:  the Properties view looks normal and I see no problems in the log.

it's seems that there is an issue with the properties view with last neon builds. XWT has as requirement SWT plugin which has deleted some deprecated classes needed by XWT. So XWT doesn't work anymore and properties view neither.
We have this issue with papyrus oomph setup.

To fix that we use  SWT "3.104.0.v20150805-1901" instead of "3.104.0.v20150907-1902" directly on the TP but we don't know how to fix this issue on the oomph model.
