[mdt-papyrus.dev] Shared launch configuration "favorites" settings

I have removed the “favorites” listings from a dozen shared launch configurations [1] in various Papyrus projects that, it’s fair to say, are not my favourites.  ;-)   The favourites occupy a precious real estate in the launch menu and for those developers that have many projects in their workspaces, especially projects from different Eclipse Projects and other repositories, it fills up quickly with these shared launch configs.

It’s rather like the problem we had of sharing diagram editor layouts in source control.  Perhaps we should likewise reserve the favourites list for private local launch configs.
