  This has been partially answered in  http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/mdt-papyrus.dev/msg02586.html

  This plugins should not be deleted !!!
  My point of view is that integration tests should be separated from pure unit tests. The tests/integration folder was an attempt do do that.
