I have updated the Papyrus setup model to add a “Developer Tools” sub-project under the “Developer” project.  This installs the developer-tools feature in your IDE (the parent project is the one to import if you want to work on the developer plug-ins sources in your workspace).

Both Mars and Luna branches of the developer tools are available.

The developer build contains a few Debug views (EditPart Spy, EditPolicy Spy, Figure Spy, CSS Spy...), as well as some of the metamodels/code generators used to produce Papyrus plug-ins (Including GMFGen Extension + Codegen extensions)

 

Everything already existed; I only configured the Hudson jobs to publish them as an installable component.
