Short bio : Juan Cadavid works at CEA LIST as a research engineer, where he
works closely with the Papyrus team on feature development and
mainteinance, generation of JUnit tests, as well as tool customizations for
modeling in different application domains. He holds among his research
interests model-driven engineering (MDE), business process modelling (BPM)
and service-oriented architecture (SOA). He holds a PhD title from the
University of Rennes, where he worked on the subject of building precise
metamodels : generation of test model instances and automatic derivation of
OCL rules. He has been involved in the Eclipse community since 2006 and
participated in the 2008 edition of Google Summer of Code contest, where he
contributed to the STP-Intermediate Model project (now known as SOA
Mangrove), where he was mentored by Adrian Mos (Xerox Research).

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 16 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Juan Cadavid must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
