Andrew,
By "working fine" I mean having a green ball for all Hudson jobs launched by the gerrit trigger
=> I want to get an email only if Hudson reject the patch

Apparently, the invalid build URL is a bug from Hudson 3.1.2:

By "working fine" do you mean that you get a valid link in the notification email? I ask because I'm still getting a link that is missing the leading "papyrus" part of the path.
