Hi, Team,

Is the Papyrus project intending to join the Luna train as an official simultaneous-release member?  There is a new requirement this year to announce intent to join the train on the cross-project-issues-dev mailing list, and I don't think I have seen such an announcement from our project.  Perhaps we don't want to be on the train, and that's fine, but it would be odd since we are in the Modeling EPP.
