Hi all,

  As described in the bug 365919: [Architecture - SVN - Build] Rewrite the Build

the following plugins are excluded for the M4 release :

- activity diagram

- composite diagram

- communication diagram

- sequence diagram

- internal block diagram

- some plugins linked with the perspective configuration (+ some lines commented in the plugin.xml from oep.infra.gmfdiag.navigation + a dependency removed)

- xtext editors

- marte.textedit

- marte.textedit.vsl.ui
