[mdt-papyrus.dev] Plugins names and locations

  Hi,

  I have started a wiki page trying to explain how Papyrus plugins 
should be named and where they should be located:
(http://wiki.eclipse.org/Papyrus_Plugin_Naming_Scheme ).

 I also propose to refactor some plugin names and locations
 (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=341899)

Maybe we should create a folder for the 'dev' plugins (i.e. plugins used 
to generate part of Papyrus), and move them away from the 'plugins' folder ?

Please comment/improve/...
