Details can be found at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/HOWTO/Parallel_IP_Process. Basically, you need to create a CQ (to which the code is attached) and request that the parallel IP process be used. Once the EMO has conducted the preliminary review, they’ll give us approval to check the code into CVS and continue the more detailed legal review in parallel.
