[mdt-ocl.dev] OCL M6 requires EMF N-build

Hi

The OCL Photon M6 build is available but not all facilities are 
available due to a bug in EMF M6 that is already fixed in the latest EMF 
N-build.

If you want to use OCL's (or QVTd's) Java code generation facilities in 
a standalone configuration you must use the EMF N-build. Other 
functionality should be unaffected.
