[mdt-ocl.dev] Duplicate package registrations

Hi

I've just corrected five CST plugin.xml problems whereby a 
generated_package occurred twice once with and once without @generated. 
Strangely not all CST plugins were affected.

It is possible that they come from my stupidity (variously using Luna 
M1+, M1, M1-, patched, Kepler SR0, SR1) and so may be due to a backward 
compatibility problem.

Maybe there is a genuine EMF genmodel problem that needs to be fixed for 
Luna.

Keep an eye out.
