Everything is in master for RC1.

I've done the Orbit final R location change.

There's a wierd Hudson problem with I-builds again (Core builds 
787/788). Don't think this one can be blamed on EMF though with no EMF 
RC1, N-builds or I-builds, who knows?

I'll spend this week doing a quick triage of any more (examples) bugs 
that can be done for RC2, then documentation for RC3.

[Xtext compiled grammars have switched from *.xmi to *.xtextbin so you 
may want to regenerate QVTo stuff.]
