This will be the first no-CVS maintenance build, so you will need to migrate the elimination of CVS that I put in *.rmap for the main build.

Unfortunately without a fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=397026, we will no longer be distributing the library example.

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=396859 may also need attention.

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=394152 has a patch awaiting a review by you. You can probably satisfy yourself quite quickly that any possible impact is limited to examples plugins. The only 'difficult'  bit is the version numbers.

We made such a mess of the early Kepler version numbers that these will need careful review.
