Hi Ed,

In other SRs, if there has not been any change (which changes the produced build artifacts) the RCx build is not done. Since this is a testing change, I don't think it's necessary to do the RC3 build.

I'll spend some time during the week, to verify the changes of SR1 (updating a Juno SR0 installation with the release train composite repo).

I've committed and pushed the Bug 388588, re-enabling the missing tests and done a trial build.

Everything's in place for RC3 whenever you want to go.
