Hi
I noticed that the buckminster.cspex files have a
<cs:dependencies> clause, so it might be more elegant to put
these 'extra' dependencies in the Buckminster file where they can be
commented, rather in some JUnit plugin where they may get pruned. It
also appears that one of the missing dependencies has been commented
out in /org.eclipse.ocl.releng.core.build-feature/buckminster.cspex.

Our builds failed (and still do) on some of the slave with
cryptic errors of "*junit* not found", often with pde or jdt
namespaces. We had to tie our builds to slave1/slave6 to make
them work... might be something to try in your case too.

Just did a QVTo build and org.eclipse.jdt.junit.runtime was
loaded into the workspace. But it bombs on
org.eclipse.pde.junit.runtime instead.
