[mdt-ocl.dev] Releng: wam up for Kepler

Hello Team,

I've been quite busy in a project which finishes next weel. I'll also be away from the office from Tuesday midday to Friday.

I'll start with the work concerning the releng the 23th on Monday, so that we could start doing some Kepler and Juno maintenance builds.

In any case, I created the maintenance branch last week, so that not having proper jobs and builds don't block the code committs.
