Perhaps we could have a similar page for clients in which we exclude the /3.1.x details, they only need to know the following links:

Wow. what a lot of repositories.

I've updated the main wiki page to have an obvious Downloads and Updates Section, and moved the Retention Policy to a new Project Policies page. (The main page should be primarily interesting to users rather than developers.) Update further as necessary/useful.
