Re: [mdt-ocl.dev] Compliance Statement

Hi Axel
It's a work in progress.
The blanks are what I didn't feel confident enough to fill in without
reviewing the code or indeed waiting for bug fixes.
Where we need non-trivial explanations, we should use footnotes, if HTML
will do that for us.
