No problem. There are so many opportunities for things to go amiss with 
the build that it is only when changes are trivial that everything i 
sunny. And once something is good, we don't gratuitously trigger four 
rebuilds to go sunny.

Also the build system is flaky; an isolated failure may just be Hudson 
having an off-day. A failure doesn't matter if it fails to reoccur an 
hour later; perhaps CVS was out of sync or ....
