[mdt-ocl.dev] Impact Analyzer committed

Hi,

I committed the impact analyzer to HEAD. Accidentally I originally also 
committed the test bundles to examples/ (again, I know, sigh...) and 
then moved them to tests/. Ed, in case you ssh into the CVS, could you 
please clean up impactanalyzer.testmodel.ngpm, impactanalyzer.tests and 
impactanalyzer.testutils, too?
