[mdt-ocl.dev] Project plans, Bugzillas and Mylyn

Hi

I've done most of the work for the project plan:

giving almost all open bugs a
- planning theme in Status Whiteboard
- target milestone

and established dependency of real bugs on planning bugs so that Mylyn 
can give a better view of the bugs by theme or area.

Just need to trim the "indigo+" so that only a representative number of 
bugs appear in the plan.
