Hi

I've finally found out how to create a new wiki page, so I've started to 
create http://wiki.eclipse.org/MDT/OCL/MDT-OCL_3.0.0_Migration_Guide.

I've split off a temporary addition to team procedures to provide

http://wiki.eclipse.org/MDT/OCL/Dev/Areas

where I've volunteered myself for a number of responsibilites and made 
some small assigments
for other committers, guessing at their interests. Please 
watch/correct/volunteer for more.

Lacking assurance that the Status Whiteboard is safe, I'll tag bugs as 
e.g. [parser]
