[mddi-dev] Help with MDDi!

Hi everyone:
 
I have installed the MDDi and EMF in the Eclise 3.0. And the Plug-in details shows that I have had all the required plug-ins as shown in the figure. But in the File Associations, I cannot find Tool Description Editor. So I cannot validate and generate the stub automatically. Do you know what is the problem?
 
My materials are:
eclipse-SDK-3.0.1-win32.zipemf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.0.5.zip
mb-adapter-2.0-plugins-src.zip
mb-toolkit-2.0-src.zip
