[maynstall-dev] [maynstall] [prov] Migration of Maynstall to p2 work is

As a heads-up to those interested in provisioning, we are beginning work on utilizing p2 as part of Maynstall.

To track work in this area, we will be using the following BZ for discussions with other BZs created off of it as appropriate:

To aide in this work, Jed Anderson (Genuitec) who has been working on Maynstall behind the scenes will be coming on board as a committer (voting wrapping up shortly).

All development work will be done off of the HEAD of the Maynstall source repository.  During this work, we should also be switching over to EclipseLink as the underlying database technology (in place of TopLink Essentials).
