I did go through earlier today and do a few more updates. When we did the project rename looks like I missed that portion of the update process.

We queried the project-info data to get the mailing list names for each project. Would you (or someone else on your team) please use the Portal to update your project meta-data that includes your mailing list names? Thanks.

As a committer on Eclipse projects you agreed to subscribe to the
development mailing list for each of your projects.  This is
important so that elections can be conducted fairly and openly, and
so that everyone who is eligible to vote is notified.  It is also
vital to the internal communication of each project.  In a review of
our records, it appears that you are not properly subscribed to the
following list(s):
