I'd suggest that we stick to the schedule and release what we have. I am not aware of urgent fixes which need to get in order to finish the release.

I would skip the review this time. There were some changes - i.e. no IP Log submission is required, but projects are asked to regularly make sure that their dependencies are approved [1][2] (the latter one is still future work).
I ran a local scan with the Dash License Tool [3] and the results are fine. I think we should integrate the check as part of the build.
So, I am still going through the details of the changed process (e.g. [4]), but if the review is not mandatory this time, I'd rather skip it and prepare a one next time, following the new process.
