The main reason for doing a release soon would be to pick up the current levels of Jetty etc. from Eclipse so that security scans of Eclipse Memory Analyzer do not generate warnings.

 

Standalone MAT would be based on Eclipse 2022-12 or possibly Eclipse 2023-03. Eclipse 2023-03 would be slightly smaller by 3-4MB due to the Eclipse Help system. Standalone MAT would require Java 17.
