[mat-dev] IBM DTFJ repo location

Just a heads-up to say we have moved the
location of the repo containing the DTFJ feature. 

The new location is http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/websphere/runtimes/tools/dtfj/

The move should be transparent as I left
a composite repo  in the old location (http://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/websphere/runtimes/tools/dtfj/)
to re-direct to the new location.
