[mat-dev] Restructure MAT file structure in SVN

I find the current file layout of MAT in SVN not optimal.

 

For example, there are some files just in the root, not part of any project and this makes it pretty uncomfortable to modify in the IDE.

I would like to propose some changes, which will lead to changes in the build configuration (on Hudson). This means that any internal build (at SAP, IBM, etc… will need to be adapted).

 

Please have a look at the ticket I opened and let’s have a discussion if the proposed changes make sense.
