[mat-dev] RE: fyi: contribution questionnaire

Hi all,
as you might have seen, we have now the approval to check in the sources. According to the parallel ip process, the code will be checked in the meantime and we also have to comply with the incubation rules (download package naming!) so please keep that in mind.
I'd like to do this week:
* check in sources
* create two features (core feature + Birt dependency)
* provide downloads as plug-in and win32 rcp
* comply with the api tooling javadoc annotations
