Re: [mangrove-dev] Current status

Hi Oliver,

Thanks a lot for your interest in Mangrove. I will remove the mention to the old STP-IM CVS, that was there just to help while transitioning.

Mangrove is on SVN, not on git currently. Git is in the plan though, in the meantime you can always use the source from the SVN.

Regarding BPEL support, you can find the source code for the old STP-IM plugin here:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=233412

It has not been migrated to the new Mangrove namespace etc. In fact, the Eclipse BPEL editor has undergone major revisions since the version that was supported by this plugin. Could you let me know what you’re looking for? If it’s BPMN -> BPEL transformation, then you should also note that the old BPMN editor is outdated, being replaced with the new BPMN2  editor:

http://www.eclipse.org/bpmn2-modeler/

I’m adding Bob Brodt who’s leading BPEL and BPMN editors in the CC in case he might be interested in the discussion. Also Bob, could you tell me if the current BPEL editor uses the same meta-model as the old one? In this case it might make sense to migrate the old Mangrove -> BPEL transformation.

Thanks,

Adrian.

Subject: [mangrove-dev] Current status

Hi,

I googled for BPMN2BPEL converters and Mangrove has been mentioned thereby.
When looking at the homepage of mangrove, the link to the CVS of STP-IM is
outdated. Is the current code still in STP-IMs repository? Could the link
be updated to the current git location of STP-IM?

The getting-involved page lists SVN. Isn't there a git repository for
mangrove?

Thank you in advance and greetings,

Oliver
