the latest milestones Helios SR1 RC1 are available under:
http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/updates/milestones/

The latest nightly builds can be downloaded directly from hudson or using nightly p2 repository:
MWE    http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/mwe/updates/nightly/
Xpand http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/m2t/xpand/updates/nightly/
Xtext   http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/updates/nightly/
