[m2t-dev] Incremental generation, MWE patches

Hi guys,

Now that I'm an M2T Xpand committer (Yay! Thanks for having me!) I'd like to 
commit my patches for the incremental generation stuff. However, the new 
feature depends on extensions in the MWE component. To be precise:

283383: Reader component should have fault tolerant mode

283554: Writer component should have fault tolerant mode
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=283554

283557: FileCopy component
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=283557

I have one request and one question:

* Can any one of you guys, who is also a committer for MWE, approve and commit 
the patches from these bugs?
* Will M2T Xpand build against MWE trunk or MWE milestone builds? In case of 
the latter, I will break the build by checking in my patches, so I'd like to 
have confirmation that it's ok to check in.
