Thanks a lot to all the project leaders who joined the call today. It was incredibly exciting to discuss the progress of all the projects, and it looks like the next couple weeks will see even more happening, with several project creations and releases!

Please feel free to edit the page should I have missed important points.

As we discussed during the call, it would be great to start using this mailing list for cross-project issues and ideas that may come up from a project and be useful to others, so do not hesitate!

For the next Eclipse IoT/M2M Working Group meeting, I would like to invite all the project leaders of the Eclipse IoT projects to attend. During this meeting I’d like to discuss the following:

 

-        Introduce all the project leaders so they know each other and the projects

-        Q&A on the Eclipse project creation process to make sure everyone is moving forward with their project.

-        Identify future points of collaboration

 

My hope for 2014 is that we spend more time collaborating within our IoT community. My belief is that we have some of the world’s industry experts working at Eclipse so there is lots we can learn from each other. If this first meeting is a success we can look at making this a regular monthly call.
