Re: [m2m-iwg] Demonstrator of Eclipse M2M technologies

Hi everyone,

Discovery and metadata are essential for M2M applications.
This is mostly the direction in which Ponte will be moving.
If you are interested, I might try to setup an instance of QEST that "wraps" m2m.eclipse.org.
It may require some time, ideally I might present it at EclipseCon France or just later.

Ben, how about wiring up an Hubot hooked to twitter for the M2M demonstrator?

Cheers,

Matteo

These are exactly the shortcomings that need to be addressed!

Discovery and metadata are essential capabilities.

Hi all,

I would like to use the MQTT Sandbox Server (m2m.eclipse.org) for some M2M demos using the Paho implementations in C and Java wrapped inside eTrice components.

Publish and subscribe works well with my applications, but is there a simple way to browse the published information in a web page?

This would be nice for demonstrations. I imagine something like a filtered tree. I tried the HTTP Bridge at http://m2m-eclipse.cloudfoundry.com, but I got a 404 error.

Any ideas?
