[m2m-iwg] M2M Scenarios: format and examples

James has put a format for Scenarios and
Problem descriptions up on the wiki. The idea is to capture  high
level "business"  scenarios that the group and community
sees as driving important architecture and project requirements, and,  to
describe the lower level technical problems that the projects and/or the
IWG  should be considering.

A brief example of each is included
as well to help drive this discussion on the format. Please take a look
