In previous years, EclipseCon has included
a pre-conference session for committers who were new to the Eclipse committer/contributor
process, tools, and community. I was wondering if there would be such a
session this year.

All,
As we discussed today, there seems to be quorum for a face to face meeting
at EclipseCon. It looks like Wednesday is not a good day, since
the mqtt and Lua presentations are those days.
I would suggest Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning. Do people
have a preference? If not, I would default to Thursday morning.
