Why has /org.eclipse.m2m.qvt.oml.cst.parser/cst/OCLLPGParser.g
got the following copyright?

when comparison with /org.eclipse.ocl/src/org/eclipse/ocl/parser/EssentialOCL.g
reveals that every single grammar rule (1500 lines) is identical? Surely the following
copyright should be extended?
