You can try to install the latest version from this p2 repo: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/.m2e/connectors/m2eclipse-egit/0.15.1/N/LATEST/ 

We're currently not able to update the m2e discovery catalog, as the takari CI server that could build it and upload the results to Maven Central has been discontinued. We need to find an alternative.
