How can I test something to add this repo ?

Hard to tell for sure. Everything builds just fine for me locally. One thing that appears missing from your log is a line like this


     [INFO] Adding repository http://download.eclipse.org/releases/luna


Are you sure your sources are up-to-date and match what we have at github?
