[m2e-users] Error installing m2e-wtp into fresh JEE installation of Kepl

I tried installing m2e-wtp from the update site http://download.eclipse.org/m2e-wtp/releases/kepler/ into a Kepler install freshly extracted from eclipse-jee-kepler-SR1-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz, and I got the following error:

Is there a different update site for installing the sources and the SDK?
