[m2e-users] Inline m2 repository

Hi all,

I have maven plug-in, that contains inline repository with url "file:///${basedir}/inlinerepo". I want that users (others maven plug-ins) have an ability add references on this plug-ins from inline repo. What the proper way for this (with a minimum of user actions)?
