This does not provide enough information to be able help you
troubleshoot the problem. As a wild guess, there was a change in default
behaviour of <execute/> lifecycle mapping in 1.3 [1]. If this does not
explain your problem, please provide small standalone example and steps
to reproduce the problem and we'll have a look.
