What m2e version do you use?

Is there anything interesting in eclipse .log file or m2e log found in
.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.m2e.logback.configuration ?

Are you able to successfully import the project if you do checkout
manually from command line first, then do "import as existing maven
project"?
