[m2e-users] What's the right plugin to extract from an archive in the pr

Hi all,

normally, unpacking in Maven seems to be associcated with the dependency 
plugin, but I can't use it because the archive to unpack is inside the 
project's source tree already.

Is there a plugin that
a) will unpack from an in-tree archive and
b) works with workspace resolution?
