Re: [m2e-users] Problem installing m2e on Eclipse (fetching)

Thanks, Mattew. It's possible I'm having throuble with my virus scanner, cause I think I'm having problem installing plugins from any website. For example, installing FindBugs happens the same problem.

I was able to download (using a browser) one of the files listed, it might be possible you were hitting a slow/bad mirror, some people have had issues with virus scanners and installing Eclipse plugins.

Hi.

I'm experiencing a problem installing m2e versions 1.0 and 1.1 on Eclipse IDE (Indigo) via MarketPlace or update sites. The installation goes until 49% for update site http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases (installing version 1.1) and until 37% for update site http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases/1.0. After that, the percent bar installation stops and after about 6 minutes later happens the following error:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile="" phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action="">

Are the repositories at http://download.eclipse.org OK?

Thank you.
