Have you tried the latest m2eclipse-wtp 0.13 dev build?
Use the latest update site under https://repository.sonatype.org/content/sites/forge-sites/m2eclipse-wtp/0.13.0/N/

That build also features web resources filtering, if you want to test it :-)

I'm trying out the staged 0.13.0 release, but it gives me this error for an ear project:

Plugin execution not covered by lifecycle configuration: org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-ear-plugin:2.5:generate-application-xml (execution: default-generate-application-xml, phase: generate-resources)

Is this expected; what should I do to fix this? I'm thinking that ear projects are quite common and this error will confuse lots of users.
