Please check the content of m2e-maven-runtime/org.eclipse.m2e.maven.runtime/target/org.eclipse.m2e.maven.runtime-1.16.0-SNAPSHOT.jar . This bundle and other ones from the m2e-maven-runtime must be included in your target platform. But if your target platform already contain them, then you can simply remove the related project from your workspace and the IDE will successfully resolve it and its jars folder against the target platform.
